Our staff has years of experience planning and hosting memorable wedding ceremonies and receptions. We can give your Columbia Lakes / Houston-area wedding ceremony, wedding rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or other wedding related event all the special attention and expertise it deserves.

When you entrust the planning of your wedding reception to us, our event planning staff takes care of every detail, giving you the peace of mind to enjoy your wedding. If you wish to host a truly unique affair, we'll assist you in preparing the details of a custom planned wedding reception.

Columbia Lakes Wedding Ceremony & Wedding Reception

With ten banquet and meeting rooms and 13,000 sf of interior event space, we can provide facilities for the bridal shower and the wedding rehearsal dinner, as well as accommodating wedding ceremonies and rehearsals of up to 400 persons. A champagne toast for two or four hundred, our expert catering staff delivers the perfect fare every time, whether you chose an all-inclusive program, with a la carte menus, or a totally customized event.

Columbia Lakes Wedding Coordinator is also a specialist in decoration, themes and wedding entertainment. We are dedicated to making your wedding reception everything you want it to be.

Wedding Facility Rental, Catering & Services

From Light Hors d' Oeuvres to a Formal Dinner, we can create a beautiful, unique wedding and wedding reception that is just right for you!

Wedding Catering Services Include:

• Light Hors d'oeuvres Buffet
• Heavy Hors d'oeuvres Buffet
• Dinner Buffet with Two or Three Entrées
• Plated Dinner

Menus: Although the Catering Department has printed menu suggestions, we welcome the opportunity to create a special menu, unique to your special day! Columbia Lakes provides full catering services and professional wait staff.

Linens: Columbia Lakes offers a choice of white or cream colored linens at no additional charge. Other colors are available; contact us for pricing. Optional table skirting and scalloped edge table toppers are available.

Decorations: Votive or tapered candles with hurricane globes and square beveled edge mirror tiles are provided at no additional charge. Decorations such as columns of many heights, including floral greenery and flowers can be ordered through your sales manager. We offer other table decoration packages starting at $10.00 per table.

Room Rental: The room rental fee includes tables, chairs, and standard decorations listed above. Additional tables such as bride and groom cake table, gift table, DJ table, etc. are available. Room rental rates vary, depending on number of guests. Outdoor weddings are also available.

Cakes: Please consult with your Columbia Lakes Wedding Planner to discuss your wedding cake requirements.

Guest Rooms: Columbia Lakes can accommodate your out-of-town guests in Cottage Suites or our Lodge Rooms. Your sales manager can assist you in reserving rooms for your guests.

Billing & Guarantees:

• To reserve a banquet space, a non-refundable deposit equal to the Room Rental Fee is required. The estimated total bill will be due ten working days prior to your function. Installment plans are available to assist you in pre-payment of your event. Any additional charges are due in full at the end of the event.
• Columbia Lakes requires a guarantee for the number of guests attending your function by noon, three working days prior to the to the event date. You will be charged for the guaranteed amount or the actual number attending, whichever is greater.
