Columbia Lakes Conference Resort promotes the concept of a Complete Meeting Package (CMP) as being the most effective and efficient manner for a group to conduct its conference. Under the CMP plan, determining your overall conference expense is simplified by charging per person per day prices.

Complete Meeting Package (CMP) PLAN INCLUDES:

Overnight guest room
Three meals in Savannah Dining Room
Continuous refreshment service
Meeting room
Conference pads, pencils, hard candy, ice water set up
Food and beverage service charges and bellman fees
Experienced Conference Coordinator

CMP Packages are subject to a 6% occupancy tax and 6.75 % sales tax.

GUEST REGISTRATION:

Standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and standard check out is 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available. Early arrival and late check-out can be arranged based upon availability.

Laundry/Dry-Cleaning services
Personal guest room voice mail

CONFERENCE DINING:

Three meals are included starting with dinner on day of arrival through lunch on the day of departure.

The hours for conference dining are as follows:

Breakfast 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Lunch I 1:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner 6:00pm. - 9:00p.m.

Buffet service is provided in the Savannah Dining Room for speed and efficiency. Private dining menus are available through your Conference Service Coordinator.

DAY GUEST PLAN:

Available for guests not requiring overnight accommodations. Day Plans include meeting room, conference pads, pencils, hard candy, ice water set up, continuous refreshment service, lunch and standard audio visual equipment. Day Plans are subject to service charge and tax.

REFRESHMENT BREAKS:

Refreshment service includes coffee, decaffeinated coffee, herbal teas, fruit juices, soft drinks, fresh sliced fruit, along with snack items and Chef s freshly baked treats.

Upon request, in-room breaks are available for a nominal charge.

MEETING SPACE & SUPPORT INFORMATION:

Conference rooms are selected to accommodate your meeting requirements relative to the number of people, room set-up and audio visual equipment.

Meeting room set-up includes conference writing pads, pencils, hard candy, and ice water set-up. Rooms are refreshed during lunch and at the end of the meeting for stayovers.

AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT:

As part of your CMP, the following standard audio visual equipment is provided:

1 - Screen
1 - Wooden pointer or Laser Pointer
1 - White board
2 - Flip chart stands with I pad each and 4 markers each
1 - Hardwire lavalier or hand held microphone utilizing house
Choice of one of the following:

1 - 25" TV Monitor and 1/2" VCR on cart
1-35MM Slide Projector with Stand, tray, lens and wired remote
1 - Overhead projector with Stand

Multiple packages are available based on the following scale:

One package for each group of 25 people per day
i.e.: 26 to 50 ppl. = 2 pkgs., 51-75 ppl. = 3 pkgs., etc.
Additional audio visual equipment priced per current price list.
