Elegant Brazos Room Dining

At Columbia Lake's clubhouse, both American cuisine and continental gourmet fare are legendary. The Brazos Room features tableside service in relaxed elegance with beautiful fairway views. Enjoy the ambiance of an open-air fireplace after your meal. Featuring American Southwest and Gulf Coast Seafood; Signature dishes include: Vasques Enchilades, Blackened Chicken, Jumbo Crab Meat Salad, and a selection of Chef's Specialty Desserts.

Chef David Vasquez has been featured several times in the Houston Chronicle and on television and radio. He has previously prepared a special meal for former President George Bush. Chef David also worked for the Ninfas for over 25 years.

Lunch: 11:30am - 2pm
Dinner: Tue-Sat, 5-9pm; Closed Mon all day & after lunch on Sun.
